Yes! All Hatun Essence products are made with halal-certified ingredients and are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are committed to ethical sourcing.

We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international countries. If your region isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us directly to see if we can accommodate your location.

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75!

We use natural, gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend patch testing before full use and reviewing the ingredient list if you have sensitivities or allergies.
